Sehubungan dengan salah satu syarat pencairan dana penelitian tahap I, maka berikut kami sampaikan beberapa hal terkait dengan penandatanganan Surat Perjanjian Pelaksanaan Penelitian Fakultas Teknik Undip Tahun 2016 :

1. Mohon agar masing-masing ketua peneliti mencermati isi dari surat perjanjian;
2. Terdapat 2 (dua) rangkap surat perjanjian. Masing-masing rangkap diberi materai Rp 6.000,00 yang dibebankan kepada peneliti (pihak kedua);
3. Penandatangan perjanjian hanya dapat dilakukan oleh ketua peneliti/ tidak dapat diwakilkan oleh anggota peneliti;
4. Pengajuan tanda tangan Dekan (pihak pertama) akan diproses oleh fakultas;
5. File surat perjanjian dapat diunduh disini.

Surat perjanjian yang bermaterai dan telah ditandatangani oleh ketua peneliti wajib dikumpulkan melalui Sekretariat UPPM Dekanat Fakultas Teknik Undip paling lambat tanggal 11 Mei 2016.

Dear Researchers,

We sincerely invite your participation in the 1st Geoplanning International Conference, focusing on scientific works in the field of applied geomatics’ technologies for spatial planning, including GIS, Remote Sensing and Satellite Image Processing, which will be held on August 10, 2016 at Kuta-Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

The conference invites keynote speakers having international reputations and “calls for papers” to academics, researchers, professionals from universities, governments, private sectors, industries and other institutions to deliver their paper on the topics appropriate with the assigned themes and issues at that moment. In this year (2016), the major issue determined is Sustainable Development with topic:

“Geomatics’ Applications for Sustainable Development”.

To complement your academic activities, you are also invited to enjoy the nature of Bali. All submitted abstract/full paper will be subject to peer review process. Each of your papers has an opportunity to be published in either an electronic journal or proceeding. Selected papers will be published FOR FREE in several numbers of Geoplanning: Journal of Geomatics and Planning (a DOAJ-indexed Journal) starting from Vol 3, no 2 (October), 2016. The journal will facilitate English proofreading FOR FREE for the authors, whose English is not their native or first language.

Otherwise, you will be offered to publish your paper in Geoproceed, an open access proceeding (e-proceeding), under an ISBN reference, focusing on Earth, Environment, and Spatial Science, indexed by Google Scholar. This publication is also FOR FREE.
